- Identify any issues that may compromise the installation of a solar PV array or limit its performance
- Identify a suitable network infrastructure in the vicinity of the site (and potentially start introductory talks with the distribution network operator)
- Develop a next steps roadmap for the Client

- Liaise with the distribution network operator to secure the grid connection

- Activate the standard specialist reports for the finalization of the project
- Prepare a final and detailed design of the solar PV system (including electrical diagrams, module mounting system details etc.)
- Prepare and submit the full authorization application with all the necessary environmental and technical documentation
- Preliminary consult local authorities
- Participate in the Conferenze dei Serivizi or any other meeting with the public administration in order to obtain all the necessary authorizations and permits for the installation of the photovoltaic system
The deliverable resulting from this third stage is a complete package of installation information (Design Document) which includes all the necessary information for a third-party organisation to complete the installation and securing the necessary permits to construct and operate a PV system at the site.
At the end of the development the following documentation will be provided to the Client:
- Copy of the technical project to be sent for TSO / DSO
- Copy of the final project to be sent for AU / VIA / PAUR / PAS
- Gather site specific details to enable all technical documents to be produced to complete the authorization process
