Research of plots for photovoltaic plants

Do you own or know someone who owns agricultural land, industrial land, roofs or quarries that may be suitable for the construction of photovoltaic plants?

On this page you will find all the information you need to submit your areas to us.

You can decide to opt for two mechanisms:

• Sale of the land
• Annual payment of surface right
- In the latter case, an income is guaranteed for 30 years and we will take care of the disposal of the entire plant at the end of its life

This analysis is completely free
Simply the cadastral parcels of the land and CDU (urban destination certificate) if available (even if old)
It is essential that the owner has a clear understanding of how the process works, which is basically divided into four phases:

STEP 01
Once the basic information has been provided, we will carry out an analysis of the constraints, an assessment of the connection point and a due diligence of the land to determine if it is actually suitable for the development of a photovoltaic system

STEP 02
Chiusa positivamente la fase 1, il terreno verrà sottoposto all’attenzione dei partner finanziari e si organizzerà a stretto giro la negoziazione e la sottoscrizione di un preliminare di vendita / diritto di superficie

STEP 03
At the end of the first two phases, the authorization process will begin by activating the procedure for environmental and regional/national authorization

STEP 04
This last phase is activated when the plant is actually authorized and therefore the final agreement is signed, and immediately afterwards the construction of the plant begins

Who are we?

We have been carrying out this activity since 2017. To date we have analysed over 1,500 plots, activating authorizations and optioning land for over 4,000 hectares. The goal has always been to organize and promote a platform for the development of utility scale photovoltaic systems on agricultural and industrial land.

Financial partners

We have financial agreements with solid partners that guarantee us the complete financial stability necessary to face these major projects.

Technical partners

The activity is managed internally by our team in Bari together with technical partners scattered throughout the territory. This assures us a local presence, which is particularly important for the success of these projects.

Advice

Be wary of those who promise off-market offers:
Most of these plants are in grid parity. This implies that the economic coexistence of these projects is based on multiple factors including the purchase or rental price of the land and the distance from the connection (infrastructure costs). If one of these factors is inappropriate, the financial model is consequently not economically advantageous. The risk is to sign a preliminary contract that will most likely never be successful, making you waste time and a potential earning opportunity.

Be wary of improvised partners:
Our financial partners are all international operators selected after a thorough analysis of their financial strength. There is a real risk that unstable financial partners will later find themselves without the economic capacity to carry out the projects.
