\n- Lack of constraints
\n- Close to power lines \/ connection points

\nWhat size should the plot have?<\/b>

\n\u2022 Agricultural land: extension greater than 8 hectares
\n\u2022 Agricultural land: extension greater than 2 hectares if close to industrial areas
\n\u2022 Industrial land: extension greater than 2 hectares
\n\u2022 Quarries: extension greater than 2 hectares
\n\u2022 Roofs with eternit: at least 1,000-2,000 sqm

It is essential that the owner has a clear understanding of how the process works, which is basically divided into four phases:

\nOnce the basic information has been provided, we will carry out an analysis of the constraints, an assessment of the connection point and a due diligence of the land to determine if it is actually suitable for the development of a photovoltaic system

\nAt the end of the first two phases, the authorization process will begin by activating the procedure for environmental and regional\/national authorization

Be wary of those who promise off-market offers:<\/b>
\nMost of these plants are in grid parity. This implies that the economic coexistence of these projects is based on multiple factors including the purchase or rental price of the land and the distance from the connection (infrastructure costs). If one of these factors is inappropriate, the financial model is consequently not economically advantageous. The risk is to sign a preliminary contract that will most likely never be successful, making you waste time and a potential earning opportunity.
