Pre-feasibility study <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t
The pre-feasibility study will provide an overview of the various key considerations to address when installing a photovoltaic plant in a given site.\nThis stage will include an analysis on the potential array size and the electrical performance while also identifying potential barriers to the development.

\n\nThe objectives will be to:<\/strong>
\n\n- Undertake a constraints analysis to assess the technical and economic feasibility
\n- Identify any issues that may compromise the installation of a solar PV array or limit its performance
\n- Identify a suitable network infrastructure in the vicinity of the site (and potentially start introductory talks with the distribution network operator)
\n- Develop a next steps roadmap for the Client

\n\nThe key elements of the pre-feasibility study are:<\/strong>
\n\n- Site analysis and assessment
\n- Solar irradiation analysis and assessment
\n- Grid connection analysis and assessment
\n- Preliminary array analysis and assessment
\n- Shading analysis and assesment
\n- Review of any site access issues

\n- Prepare the necessary documents for the grid connection request
\n- Liaise with the distribution network operator to secure the grid connection

Engineering \/ Permitting<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t
The objectives will be to:<\/strong>

\n\n- Gather site specific details to enable all technical documents to be produced to complete the authorization process
\n- Activate the standard specialist reports for the finalization of the project
\n- Prepare a final and detailed design of the solar PV system (including electrical diagrams, module mounting system details etc.)
\n- Prepare and submit the full authorization application with all the necessary environmental and technical documentation
\n- Preliminary consult local authorities
\n- Participate in the Conferenze dei Serivizi or any other meeting with the public administration in order to obtain all the necessary authorizations and permits for the installation of the photovoltaic system

\n\nThe deliverable resulting from this third stage is a complete package of installation information (Design Document) which includes all the necessary information for a third-party organisation to complete the installation and securing the necessary permits to construct and operate a PV system at the site.

\n\nAt the end of the development the following documentation will be provided to the Client:
\n- Copy of the technical project to be sent for TSO \/ DSO
